For faster delivery, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Tracked or DPD Next Day Delivery for just £2.99. (Excludes Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas, and Easter).
Order Cut-Off Times:
- Orders before 3 PM (weekdays) – Dispatched the same day.
- Weekend orders – Processed on Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a Bank Holiday).
We work with trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and ParcelForce, to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
- Small items: Delivered via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, keeping you updated via email.
- Larger items: Sent via DPD or ParcelForce 24, with most qualifying for Free Next Day Delivery.
- Extra-large items: May be shipped via pallet delivery with an estimated 5–7 day timeframe (see product details for specifics).

Spend £75 or more, and you’ll receive free next-business-day delivery at no extra cost!
Our couriers collect daily, and all packages go directly to the sorting office or depot to speed up the delivery process.
Frozen Reptile Food – Shipping Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
By purchasing frozen reptile food from Phoenix Pet Supplies, you agree to the following terms. These ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive products.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We pack frozen reptile food with insulated materials and cold packs to maintain freshness.
- Shipping Method: Sent via 24 Tracked to minimize transit time.
- Dispatch Days: Orders placed before 3 PM are dispatched the same day (Monday–Thursday).
- Weekend Orders: Frozen food orders placed on Thursday after 3 PM, Friday, or the weekend will be dispatched on Monday to avoid defrosting in transit.
- Delivery Delays: While we aim for next-day arrival, external factors (carrier delays, extreme weather) may occasionally impact shipping times.
3. Packaging & Risk of Defrosting
We take every precaution to ensure your order stays frozen. However, due to factors beyond our control:
- Frozen items may thaw partially or fully during transit.
- We cannot be held responsible for defrosted products caused by shipping delays, high temperatures, or unattended packages.
4. Tracking & Receiving Your Order
- Track your delivery and ensure someone is available to receive it.
- Store items immediately in a freezer or refrigerator upon arrival.
5. Refunds & Replacements
If you experience packaging issues unrelated to defrosting, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Sales@phoenixpetsupplies.co.uk, and we’ll review your case.
